Agave House Rates:
We have a sliding rate that depends on how many bedrooms you use. For one bedroom, the rate is $225 per night, for two bedrooms the rate is $250, and for more it's $275. Our office can be converted to a bedroom, and if you're willing to use couches and blowup mattresses, we could sleep up to 12. For every full week stayed, we give one night free.

Raven House Rates:
Our rate varies according to how many bedrooms you use. One bedroom: $150, two bedrooms: $170, three bedrooms: $190, and more is $210. We have an office with two daybeds, and if you're willing to use mattresses on the floor, we can sleep up to 15. For every full week stayed, we give one night free.

Special Arrangements:
We're very flexible in making special arrangements. We can negotiate lower rates for long-term guests on sabbatical or looking for a house in our area. We have also accommodated seminars or day retreats. We can work with groups for business or educational meetings. If your group needs more accommodations, we can arrange it with other local rentals. If you need catering, business support, laundry, or tours of the area, we can set you up. Thinking about a wedding, a campout, or a rock concert? Well, there are limits, but ask us before you rule anything out. We may require a cleaning deposit for groups.

Pets:
As a wilderness area retreat, Agave Ridge is not an ideal place for pets. We suggest that you use our free pets--foxes, lizards, skunks, hummingbirds, javelinas, and deer--although we can accommodate well-behaved pets. We are not responsible for your pet's safety. At the Agave House, we use a pet gate at the bottom of the stairs; pets stay downstairs. Pets are allowed in the Raven House. Please tell us about pets in advance. We charge a deposit for pets.

Winter Visits:
During winter months (normally November to February, but who knows these days) Agave Ridge may be a four-wheel drive destination. If there is snow on our driveway, you may need snow chains or four-wheel drive to get up to the house. If you have questions about the weather, please ask in advance. Most of the winter there is no problem, and we can make special arrangements to help you get to the house during bad weather. The scenery is spectacular during snow if you can deal with a little inconvenience.

Payment:
We accept payment with cash, money order, or personal/business check. Yes, we've thought about credit cards, but haven't yet seen the benefit for us or for you. We ask for a 50% deposit within one week of booking to hold your reservation. For holidays amd special events we require the full amount at the time of the reservation. To cancel, you must give notice at least 14 days before your arrival date. Check-in is from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on your first day.
